1. About the Service
Tracker by CreatorGrid is an online software platform that allows users to:
- Track and analyze publicly available content from public social media accounts,
- Generate or improve ideas, scripts, and content using AI-powered tools,
- Analyze content using AI-driven workflows,
- Assist creators and businesses in researching and planning content strategies.
The Service is continuously evolving, and we may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
2. Ownership and Operator Status
Tracker by CreatorGrid is currently developed and operated by a group of independent collaborators. We are not incorporated or registered as a company at present.
All intellectual property and operational rights related to the Service are jointly managed by the creators operating the platform.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Payment information (if applicable)
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer paid subscription plans billed:
- Monthly, or
- Annually at discounted rates.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
4.2 Free Trial
We may offer a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate the Service before purchasing. If the user does not cancel during the 14 day free trial period, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the user will be charged the full cost of the plan they selected.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4.4 Add-On or Usage-Based Features
Certain advanced or usage-based features may incur additional fees. These are considered part of the Service and governed by these Terms.
4.5 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable Indian law. We encourage users to test the Service before subscribing.
4.6 Pricing Changes
We may revise pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

- Use the Service for harassment, fraud, spam, or illegal activities,

- Upload content infringing third-party rights.
You are responsible for content generated or used through your account.
6. Public Content Tracking
The Service allows tracking and analysis of publicly available accounts and content only.
Users must ensure their usage complies with applicable platform policies and laws.
We do not guarantee the legality of any third-party data source accessed by users.
7. License to Use Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, AI processes, branding, and platform features remain the property of Tracker by CreatorGrid and its creators.
Users retain ownership of their original content inputs, but grant us rights described below.

- Public content from accounts users choose to track
9.2 AI and System Improvement
By using the Service, you grant us a license to use data generated or processed through the platform to:

10. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate results.
Users must review outputs before use. We are not responsible for decisions based on AI-generated outputs.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability, if any, is limited to fees paid by you in the previous six months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service operators from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts of Mumbai, India shall have jurisdiction where arbitration is not applicable.
